Shipping

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days after order placement.

SHIPPING COSTS

We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and distance from our fulfillment center in New Jersey. 

We offer free shipping to the US on orders $75+. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.

We currently ship with UPS and USPS. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently we are only shipping to the U.S. but we hope to ship internationally in the near future. 

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered.

If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. 

Before placing an order, please make sure your shipping address is correct and that your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. 

If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen when shipped to your address, please contact us before placing your order and we can request a confirmation signature for delivery. Additional fees may apply.

Returns

RETURNS

At Palermo we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us right away at wecare@palermobody.com.

We accept returns on a case by case basis within 30 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at wecare@palermobody.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please include photos of damaged product.
