DURING WARMER MONTHS: Because there are no synthetic fillers or stabilizers in our products, the rich butters and oils that make this scrub so wonderful and nourishing may shift or melt a bit during transit. While different in appearance and consistency, the quality and benefits of the product remain unaltered. Give the scrub a good stir while it's at room temperature before enjoying again!

a profoundly sensual, undeniably spiritual experience.
I'm a big fan of scrubs generally and Palermo in particular, and had previously used and loved the coffee + lemon scrub. When COVID hit in NYC, and I was quarantined alone, I decided to try the detox scrub, knowing that the essential oils in it were enlivening, and that I felt very much in need of that. The scrub is absolutely beautiful -- the scent is invigorating, and the balance of oils + salts both exfoliating and nourishing (I rarely need to use an oil or lotion after, as the oils in the scrub release into my skin, leaving it hydrated and baby soft). Even though this is a spendy item in my books for how quickly I use it (I end up rationing the scrubbing to every other shower, though I twist off the cap and sniff the scent for an aromatherapy hit every time) -- I found that being quarantined alone and without touch, wrapping my arms around my own really soft, nourished skin felt like having a little of the physical touch I was so craving. Y'all may not need the therapy like I did, but the scrub is a wonder however you look at it (and as the weather has heated up and I've been out in the humidity, it's also a great one for exfoliating and treating clogged skin and body acne!).
I absolutely love this product. As well as the detox face mask too! I value the company and its values and you can tell these products are made with 100% natural ingredients and loveeeeee. I highly recommend this brand!
Idk, man. This scrub is so freaking legit. It’s my self care go to. I seriously could huff it all day. Definitely not for folks who don’t like the smell of tea tree oil, but if you do, this is for you. I use it in the shower and smell my skin all day.
Exfoliates well without leaving raw, moisturizes well without being greasy. After two uses my skin feels healthy and acne is less.
